Soul Food

When we fight each other, no one wins. 

Choosing sides only solidifies separation.

Separation leads to fear, which is masked by anger and hate.

Matching negative energy with negative energy only perpetuates it.

As Einstein said, "No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it."

When you are divided, you are conquered.  You are controlled.

Only Love can heal wounds individually and collectively.

We are Love.  We are One.

It is not our true nature to hurt another.  It is not who we are.

Remember that you are inseparable from another.  What happens to them, happens to you.

See yourself in others.  

Have compassion, as their behavior is driven by internal pain. 

We cannot fight each other and survive. 

There is no gender, no race, no class, no separation.  

There are no sides to a sphere.  We are Whole.  We are One.

Live from your heart.  Live from Love, not fear.

Remember who you are.  Remember why you're here.  

Own the Magnificence that is you.

Let Love guide you, not fear.
